PRE-CONSTRUCTION REVIEW SERVICES
One of the greatest value-adds Bass offers our client is helping them build their budgets before a job even goes out to bid.
Our Pre-Construction Review (PCR) service aims to help create clarity around a client’s vision as well as validate their construction budget.
These services will make sure a project is feasible on a given site and enable our customers to possibly investigate more cost-effective options.
